I have my 4 in glass long tanks. Remember Leos are not arboreal so they need longer versus taller. I have them on slate tile (great heat conductor) and have things for them to climb on that are closer to looking like their natural habitat. Leos come from the dryer rockier regions of Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan so they don't like humidity other than in their humid hide which helps them shed. If you haven't already don so, check out this awesome caresheet on leos. It will help you tons.
