WOW, it's like deja-vu all over again. I just posted this same thing in another thread.
The female should be good to go, as long as she's a normal weight for that age. The male should be fine by next fall.
I think common opinion on henkeli is 2.5 years or so, though some have gotten eggs around two. It's not recommended across the board, and can result in damage to the female if she's too young. But your younger one is the male, so it's not as important that he be older since he's not the one carrying the eggs.
