Hello guys, I have some questions, I would like to know if I can have a couple of females together or if they could fight, and which diet would be the best for Gargs.

The best food to offer is Repashy MRP (crested gecko diet); Clarke's MRP is not to bad. If your gargoyles like insects, then you could off them dusted in calcium once a week....if they don't like insects, no problem as the Rapashy MRP is a complete diet for them.

Housing multiple gargoyles is strongly not recommended as they can be very aggressive towards each others. With that said, some people (a few breeders with years of experience) have had good luck housing 2 adult females...it all depends on the temperament of the both the females. Housing babies and juvies together would result in fighting and dropped tails that do regenerate; however, the regenerated tails do not look as colorful as the original tail.

Gargs tend to be very aggressive and only for breeding do you ever put them together, even females.

I've been keeping my auriculatus together all year round without any problems .
I've had this experience with 2 groups( both 1.3) for years .
They are indeed more "agressive" than for example ciliatus . The most important thing when housing thel together is to make sure they have enough places to hide(2 per animal) and the cage is large enough . I kept my first group in 130x50x60 and my current group is housed in 80x60x70 .
Ofcourse you should always observe your animals closely .
Hatchlings are best raised separate because they will injure or even kill eachother .

I agree with Rob, and my personal experience has been the exact same. If you want to try it, go ahead but keep an eye on them and be prepared to separate them if need be. You experience might not be the same as ours...
