hello. im going to get crested gecko. i wanted to know- what do you need to mic (calcium wise) with the baby food and the fruits.? i know that the crickets + calcium d3 but what do you need to add to that baby food and fruits.? )) i dont know if in my country they have CGD but can i feed them the fruits like almost every day and baby food twice a week .? i kno that crickets should be fed once per 2 weeks but how much.? i could not find answers to these.

Firstly, I would not feed your gecko baby food. It's not good for it. If you give baby food to your gecko it can cause Metabolic Bone Disease. Check out this link on another forum about someone who rescued a gecko from a person that only gave baby food to their crested:

You can mail order the Repashy mixes online. That's what I'm going to do. Then you should only feed like 5-6 dusted crickets once a week or every two weeks.

thanks for the warning. no way that my crestie is getting baby food. can i atleast give him some stomped fruits like mango, bannana or apple.?

and a another thing. im living in latvia- i can order from amazon.co.uk and the only diet to order is komodo one-no repashy. will that be good.? can i feed something else mainly like those mashed bannanas or mango.??

If you don't have access to the complete diets like Repashy or Clarks Crested Gecko diets (I'd look around- I know there are some people in Europe who sell them, though IDK how expensive they'd be to get to Latvia?), you're going to have to research their dietary needs really carefully. Crested geckos need very specific ratios to calcium, potassium, and phosporus, especially. You won't get the correct balance of nutrients from just fruit and insects alone, you'll need to supplement very carefully.
