I have never dealt with any rhacodactylus species, so forgive my question if it is dumb. But I have noticed that Leachianus from some locales are much more expensive than others. Why are some worth more than others? Just out of curiosity. Are the colors of some more desirable, or is there a size difference, or what?

Some are harder to come by. Some are more desirable for different traits, such as size, genetics or color. The differences may be due to age, if they are proven breeders, and the market that it is being advertised in. I know there is a difference in price depending on where the animal is, as well as who is selling it, and who they are trying to sell it to.

It's all standard capitalism. Supply and demand drive the whole thing. There are lots of Nuu ana's and ami's and they're easy to pair so they're $350-500. Poindimie's are way harder to pair and and way harder to find, so they're about $1200.

The pricing spreads are pretty much some variation of this.
