Angry Lygodactylus williamsi problem

Hello All, My first post. I have 1 Male and 2 female Lygodactylus williamsi. they're housed in a Exo Terra 45 x 45 x 60. The dominant female has starting chasing the other female whenever she sees her. any ideas on best course of action. I don't want the other female to be stressed out.

Honestly, seperate them. Besides being stressed out, the dominant female is probably going to start making it hard for your other girl to get enough food, if she hasnt already. And since you have a male with them, being underfed and underweight is not something that would work out very well when she lays eggs. On the bright side it's an excuse to start another terrarium!

I agree. I have tried to keep trios together of L.williamsi and one of the females was always put into a corner without her dinner by the other female.....

Thanks for the replies. At the moment they're all eating ok. what I've now done is added some bamboo poles and some of the fake vines, this has created lots of different levels in the tank so that the two females can keep out of each others way. Perhaps I should have said that the tank has only been up and running for about two weeks. I just wondered if people who have kept two females successfully could offer any advice.

Default L. williamsi: Trios?

This is a real concern to me. I recently went to a trio set up, but I never see both females at the same time, and maybe one of them is being depressed and bullied? I have not witnessed agression, just a lack of appearances basking etc. What is consensus, do trios work in approx. 30" X 16" vivariums or only twosomes? I am thinking I may need two separate vivariums to accomodate the less dominate female. Your opinions please... Thanks, Vic
