Most folks give them a bit of fruit puree, fruit baby food, crested gecko diet, or day gecko diet. Serve it up in a little bottle cap or tiny plastic cap attached high up in the cage.

Hi I buy mine fresh mango and put it through a blender. They also like to lick the juices off a cut up grape. I believe they are very fond of honey but have not tried this yet. My two won't go near the day gecko diet so will have to try mixing some in with the mango one day.

Beware honey, I understand one breeder offered honey, and the animals died. I'm not sure why, but apparently honey isn't safe.

He was feeding hatchlings, maybe it was something specific to babies, or maybe they even got stuck in it...unfortunately I don't know the details, but thought I should pass on that there might be a problem.
