Default Mrs. Williamsi looks like she is breathing heavy

I watch my animals way to much, but it is very relaxing. I noticed last night and this morning the female looked to be breathing heavy, I could see her little rib cage. She is hiding out in the moss in back of a mopai, she is usally the friendly one. Any guesses, or just worried mommy syndrome?

I haven't had my williamsi long, BUT I have observed that he is doing this also. He isnt startled, he does this when he is sitting still, like right now he is basking about he is breathing kinda hard it looks like. But I also know a lot of other geckos that I have had (I.E. Phelsume Grandis) do this also. They are small, quick animals so their hearts have to beat faster to keep up with them is my only guess. I have seen no health problems from this. But I cant speak much for these types of geckos. I just know the others I have kept do this also. Lizards, like skinks ( i used to breed blue tailed skinks) also I notice do this, especially when basking/sitting still.
