My female glued her eggs to a bromeliad leaf--I just cut the leaf off and stuck it in a deli cup with some damp moss.
If they are glued, then whatever they're on will have to be carefully cut--never try to remove them from something they're glued to.
If they're loose, then sure, you can move them. I recommend using some sort of little scoop, as they're exceptionally fragile. Don't worry about them turning--that's a myth anyhow, and they're not going to mind being moved once or twice to put them in incubation.
