Talking Lygodactylus Williamsi Egg

Hi, thanks for the responses to "Is my female gravid?"... turns out she was So I was wondering, since this is likely her first ever egg (she only laid one, not two) what are the fertility rates like? Is it likely to be a dud, or is it likely to hatch? I have it in a homemade incubator at about 28c as she helpfully laid it on the kitchen paper floor. What temps/humidity do most people incubate at?
Thanks.

Both of the eggs laid by my female hatched--still waiting to see if later clutches will.

YAY!
By now you should be able to shine a strong flash light on it (if possible) and see if it has a pink glow that would show that it is developing.

Thanks for the replies. If I can get hold of a strong flashlight I will check, but there does seem to be a small dent forming, so may well be infertile. Ah well, I shall hang on to it until it clearly is no good. Thanks everyone.

That's odd. These hard-shelled eggs should not dent.

How high is the humidity? If it is alive, perhaps it just needs more moisture.

The infertile L.conradti egg I had did not dent.
