I was wondering what plants are safe and which are toxic to the Lygodactylus Williamsi?

A cursory google search should meet your needs to. Just search "toxic terrarium plants" or something along those lines. Nothing safe for other animals should be specifically toxic to lygo's.

Some of the most common plants for tropical vivaria are Ferns, Bromileads, Draceanas, Orchids and Pothos. These all work well and are harmless. Avoid anything with milky goo in the leaves.
