How old they are? And what are these worms or something they eat? Fruit flies? Because I can't see it clearly ^^

Dom remove the Sphagnum! L. williamsi any age will ingest bits of that leading to a blockage.

they are fruit flys dusted with supplements!

I use a combo of sand, cocoa fiber & sphagnum peat (fertilizer free). If you mix it just right you will have a nice light fluffy mix even when wet.

sorry forgot to mention that the two small ones are about 3 months old and the larger one in about 4 months
