At what age do they first shed there skin?

Is one hatchling puffing it's throat and bobbing its head at the other likely to be a sign of aggression or just general interaction?

They shed anywhere from a few minutes to 1 or 2 hours after hatching. They shed again after this every 3-4 weeks.

Throat puffing could be aggression or just them playing and getting a feel for behavior. If you notice things like repeated chasing or nipping the bully should be separated out from the others.
