I can't think of one. I don't think it exists. Geckos for the most part are nocturnal. The only exceptions that are day active that I can think of are Naultinus, Phelsuma, and Lygodactylus, and none of them live in the desert.

There are some geckos that are active during the day that live in the desert. My Rhoptropus afer and Quedenfeldtia moerens are active during the day, but they are both very rare.

Agamura persica? Although more correctly crepsecular, they do remain visible during the day. Plus, they are really cool

A bunch of Lygos and some Phelsuma are actually found in arid-semi arid climates. Rhoptropus are rare like Bob said, but they are very day active and from one of the nastiest deserts on earth. There's a few Sphaeros that are from arid regions as well. And of course, we can't forget our little Pristerus friends now can we?

If you want a good sized semi arid gecko that'll fit any budget check out Phelsuma standingi. They get big, 10"+, are pretty mellow as far as Phelsuma go and do very well in a semi arid arboreal viv.
