Default What is this white stuff on my gecko?

Macro is a pain!

I've been using my new macro lense to take photos of one of my mourning geckos and she has a load of white stuff on her nose! I can't actually see this with my naked eyes, it's only the photo this can be seen on. I suspect she has just been in the calcium dish as she is due to lay eggs soon but I would like other opinions? I can't find anything about nasty white stuff on geckos aside from shed skin, which could be another possibility.

Yup, I think that's what it is as she looks as if she's been rolling in it today! Covered in patches of white, and the calcium dish is a mess! Her belly is looking big too now, won't be long before she lays those eggs!
