Default Help!! Please id

1 1/2 years ago I bought two of these from a local pet store that is now closed as JONES ARMADILLO LIZARDS, they both had broken tails at the time I bought them, he said he'd give me a deal, but I still think I was ripped,$65Canadian ea. I'M a Reptiel Lover, mainly snakes, but, they looked missed treated so I had to get them. One of them has passed on about 3 weeks now, and the "male" is lonely and need a friend, I've been unable to locate one in my area but may have a link in the states, but, I need proper ID name for this species..Can anyone help? PLEASE!!!
Thank You
Chris Butt

Hm,
to me they look like Jones Armadillo lizards, Cordylus jonesii. Although I do not want to fully exclude C. tropidosternum from these pics. IF TL exceeds 15 cm, they are tropidosternum.

best
