When I first got mine, I didn't see them for a few weeks. I know they were out and about at night because I saw tunnels all over the place. I just made sure there were a few crickets running around and hoped for the best. The crickets had lots of food available so they weren't starved. After about a month the geckos would come out after the room lights were dimmed, barely bright enough to watch them. Once they were settled in enough, they are readily enough. I made sure to feed them very late in the evening, before going to bed, so that the crickets didn't have time to groom the supplements off.
Mine were WC as well, surprisingly, they tested negative for parasites. If yours haven't been checked, it might be a good idea since parasites could be one reason for them not eating.
If they have the proper temperature gradient, humid sand to bury into, and some time to adjust, they should come around in a few weeks. A lot of them are so stressed and dehydrated by the time they get to the hobbyist that they can't recover. From what I've been able to find out, dehydration is the biggest problem with WC, once they get over that, the rest should be easy.
