Default Help needed with Stenodactylus (sand gecko)

does anyone know a good care sheet website to find about the gecko "STENODACTYLUS" (SAND GECKO) ? And do they come from australia?? i was told they are called a golden gecko from ayers rock ! but as i have look up pictures they look nothing alike ! the closet image i have found is of the sand gecko.but it say they are from africa, egypt, israli. i need to know weather i can put sand on the bottom there tanks cause there babies???

um can u be specific on the species because there are multiple stenodactylus geckos
most of them are found in the middle east though

Stenodactylus are from the Arabian peninsula and upper African continental regions immediately surrounding it. I breed them. That care sheet referenced is not all that accurate in their care. I have been meaning to put together a care sheet for some time, but been busy with work. Hopefully, the holidays will allow some time to get around to it!
