Adult males have easily noticeable bulges while females don't. As simple as that. You can see good examples of males bulges here: Petrii Gecko Slideshow by busymom4321 | Photobucket
If you don't want to handle them, put them in a transparent glass or plastic container and look from below"Thorr Geckos" private breeder in Normandy.
