I can't believe how many people consider savannah monitors the same as other monitors. Less than 1% of their diet is mammalian. Ugh it's so fusturatng. I will keep updates coming. Her energy level has rose since I've got her on a diet of snails, mussels, crawdads, and roaches. It's amazing what 2 weeks does. Still having trouble shedding around the neck and base of tail. Daily soaks are helping, and today was the first day of swimming in the tub. Which was awesome!! It's like having a gator in the tub. My tegu can climb out of the tub so it looks like a kiddy pool is coming soon. Lol.
