You might be better off posting in the "Paroedura" section of the forum. You'll probably get a better response there.
I would say move it to the incubator, but I don't know anything about these geckos. Carefully dig up the egg. But the rule is, don't roll the egg. Put a small mark with a pen/marker on the side facing up, and make sure that side is up in the incubator.
