Hey everyone! I have been breeding P. Pictus for a while now with my two colonies of 1. 3 and I have a third on the way. I have about 48 babies all together (gotta love Pictus) and I am raising the biggest ones to get some females for more colonies.

I was just wondering if anyone knows if they are temperature sexed...I am incubating at 80F and someone told me I would be hatching a bunch of males....is this true?

Your question is pretty complicated and only can be answered if you try to write down your experience with many generations in different conditions. Pictus geckos are not temp sex determinated but genetically. However this is not that obvious for even the scientists. Some more info
