my baby picta *somehow* managed to get out of her (seemingly secure) top opening tank, down from a desk where her tank was, and all the way down the stairs - avoiding a terrier and six people and their shoes for three days!

the only reptile vet in my town is away until tomorrow afternoon (seriously, not a good time) so in the meantime can anyone please help me and Punk?

So far i've put her in a faunarium with paper towels, hides, a heat mat and a water bowl.
Her eyes are sunken and i'm thinking that is from dehydration
she is also really sluggish i think from being cold and in shock
Her lips seem 'curled' and her neck looks swollen. Nothing seems to be broken, but can anyone offer me any advise to keep her going until i can get to the vets?

she must be a fighter, but i'm panicking

To start, food, water, warmth, and as little stress as possible. Make sure to give her a good hiding spot and don't fuss over her any more than you have to.

she just passed away; atleast she was safe and found and not still lost in the house
