Size of aquarium and recommended substrate
Hello, I'm new to GU but have read lots of posts.I have looked up lots of information on Panther Gecko's, but have 2 questions. I want to get a Panther gecko and have never had one before.
First of all, which substrate would be the best. I think sand looks cool, but have heard that impaction can happen. I've also heard that sand is fine. I'm not sure what to get.
Next question is, is there such a thing as too big of a tank. Is 46 gallons too much or something higher, I found a couple big tanks I can get really cheap, I might want to get another gecko to go along with the one I want to get. I also would like to know what substrate live plants could survive in.
Any help greatly appreciated!!!
