Unhappy Panther gecko (Paroedura picta) not eating and has tiny eye?

i have 2 panther geckos, and it seems neither are eating!
ive tried waxworms and mealworms, both dusted with no help!
i have uv and heating, water and mister, plants and moss substrate and 2 hides (warm and cool) is there anyway to make them eat or atleast get some vitamins into their body?
also, whats the best food and substrate for these guys? to prevent dehydration i fed them water from an eye dropper for the last few days
and one of them has a tiny eye, which means he may be blind as seen below:

what kind of substrate are you using? Coco fiber is the best. They could possibly be impacted.
