Default panther gecko help with set up please

So i have a 10 gal tank that i would like to put a panther gecko in. I cant find if they are agressive towards eachother or not. I would really like to do a 1.2 trio or maybe just a 1.1. Is that ok? Also i read the caresheet on here. But how many hides do i need in my tank? Substrate or no substrate? Also any other info is much appreciated. Thanks. And does anyone know where i can purchase a couple? I cant seem to find anywhere that sells them. Oh, and can anyone gimme some help with their attitude? Mean or nice, handable?

The setup is somewhat like a leopard gecko, with the uth and such. One hide on the cold side one hide on the hot side. 1 panther gecko per 10 gallons. When you first get your gecko you with have to keep it in quarantine for 6 months to a year, and then you can switch him over to a substrate. Coco fibre to keep the humidity up.
Here's a good example of what your tank could look like.

my set ups are like the pics above. cocoa fiber, uth set to 88 in 1 spot. they love to climb and dig. alittle clumsy so make climbing safe. alot of hides or leaf litter or bark 1/2 logs. mist now and then. water dish and dust crix. they will just dig in a dish of calcium lol. i have tanks of 5 females each , they are very friendly to each other as long as they have plenty of food. if you get a male you will have more babies then you can handle.males will fight if more then 1.they are jumpy and scared as babies but will mellow out as adults. i can usually pick them up without to much running away, they know i bring food so they look for me. every once in a while i get a biter but it doesnt hurt.I have never tried to tame one but i 'm sure you could.

Sometimes they can be agressive toward each other, sometimes not. I had a couple females that fought all the time, I had a male pick on a female, but just recently I had a couple pairs in a a cage with a divider and the smaller male actually climbed over to the other side and this morning all of my panthers were snuggling together in the same hide box. My larger male was not picking on the smaller male at all. I guess you just have to watch them.

If you put in Eco earth, how deep should it be? (to keep the Uth working!) if there's extra- I could give it to my sister. She has hermit crabs and extra substrate is always nice- but I don't want too little? What's the best depth for them?
