Default new nano vivarium inhabitant!! panther gecko!!

ok hes not really for my nano tank but as of now. he is a panther gecko and i have him in a smaller cube tank that is somewhere between 4-5 gallons. im waiting till i can set up a more permanent home or him. i am not worried he wont have enough room as he is tiny, only about an inch and a half to two inches. i knew not to put him in with the tokay because he would probably be mistaken for a ricket.

i will post pics of him asap!

Panther geckos are Paroedura picta. So it belongs in the "Paroedura" forum. Common names mean very little in this hobby. It's not a big deal, but now you know.

They aren't specific enough. Latin names just have one name that is known and is species specific. Countries can have the same common name for one or more reptiles causing confusion.
