One of my p. rangei has developed some white swollen area behind it's head. Anybody know what's going on? Sorry for the pic quality. Thanks for any help.
Typical calcium uptake and storage in its endolymphatic sacs. Largely developed and used by females for egg production, however in the presence of excess in the diet, males of many species (including P. rangei) will develop them too.
