Default What to do when the baby geckos hatched

Hello!

I have two eggs which might hatch soon. They are C.turneries eggs and the place where i keep them is a warm box where the substrate is sand and the eggs are in this sand. My question is when can I remove the babies? Do I have to wait for a day or so? If i have to leave them there do i have to give them water in a small bowl? I heard that the geckos need some time to be able to run or even move. I have never had baby geckos. Is it true that they don't eat almost for a week when they hatched?
Please if someone could write down shortly in a few steps what to do when they hatched. I set up a small tank for them but i don't want them to dry out or die of hunger or just simply overheat them due to the too hot temp 28-30c in the incubator box where there is no cooler place till night.

Thanx in advance

Once the geckos hatch, i leave them in the container in which they hatched until they shed. Once they shed, i then keep them seperately in delicups. I keep the temps in the low 80's 24 hours a day. I wait two days, and then i offer appropriately sized crickets. Usually one per animal for the first couple feedings, then i up the number to two or three depending on the appetite of the gecko. I feed the babies every other day. I also lightly mist the sides of the delicup at every feeding, and i alternate dusting with vitamins and calcium at every feeding. I keep the geckos in these deli cups for the first month or so, and then move them to larger enclosures.
C.turneri are very easy babies to raise and you should have no problems.
