Hi!
Most probably it is a calcium deficiency. So try to make sure it can access calcium (e.g. cuttlefish bone powder) always. To solve the actual problem try to get fluid calciumgluconate (Pharmacy) and some liquid multivitamins. Just put about three drops of each liquid per day on the nose and wait until it licks the drop up.
Additionally you should provide proper light, best would be sunlight for some hours a day,so Vitamin D3 can be synthesized in the skin of the gecko.D3 increases the calcium absorption in the intestine.
It would be good to separate the gecko from the others to reduce stress.
