    Default New to the community, question about Cholla Wood


    LOG IN TO CLOSE THIS AD   


    Hi all,

    Recently adopted a crestie I've named Leonidas. I have two pieces of 'Galapagos Cholla Wood' that you can see in this pic:

    Since Wednesday I've noticed this white fuzz forming where the wood meats the substrate (Exo-Terra Plantation Soil).

    Some googling is making me think it's nothing to worry about, but I'd love some opinions.

    Welcome to GU and to geckos! I have a very "live and let live" attitude about stuff in my vivs, so I'd say just leave it alone and see what develops. Other people may feel differently.
