what type of worms are best???

hi,
i am going to the pet store today and wanted to buy some new types of worms i have been feeding meal worms but want to give more veritey
(and im NOT doing roachs) im just looking for some new types of worms that are good for a lepard gecko i couldent find anything on the internet about the best types of worms to feed to your leo so...what types of worms are best????:scratchhead:

Phoenix worms are healthy but their expensive.

Yes, they are pretty healthy. One of the biggest problems with them though is that many animals simply just don't like them. I bought a big shipment of them a few years ago and not a single animal in my collection would touch them. So, I suggest that if someone is going to try them, start off with a small amount to see if your animals will even eat them.

Most worms contain a lot of fat. So if you're really looking to give your animal a varied diet, you should look to feeders other than worms. Feeding superworms instead of regular mealworms isn't really much of a variation.
