The scale is the same, just different marketing. 2.0 UVB, or 20 is the same bulb. %.0 and 50 are the same as well. Most bulbs are higher because they are meant for desert reptiles looking for direct sunlight. Tropical animals see a filtered sunlight from leaves and branches moving.
