So I have all thos empty space in my leos tank. I want to make a more stimulating area for my leo so she isn't as bored with her enviroment as she looks. Here's the empty space:

My leopard geckos tank temp air is 82°F on the warm side, but 80° on the cool. How can I cool it down? I can't use the A/C cause have a bird and it can't get really cold.

It's starting to get hotter where I live (high 70's, low 80's) and my 75 watt exo terra moonlight bulb I use for viewing my gecko at night makes the air temps too hot (90 and above degrees) how low of wattage should I go just for viewing my gecko at night, but also keeping the air temps above 80°F?

My leo is growing out his warm dry hide, so I just bought this off amazon Amazon.com: Exo Terra Reptile Cave, Medium: Pet Supplies It's the same hide as his cool dry hide, just a different color(the cool hide is brown) Will he, or should he be fine with a hide change?

I joined this site in January of this year so I thought I'd share my little guy :D I bought him without a tail in December 2013 from a pet store. They didn't go into full detail how he lost it, but it's coming back great. They said he was 6-8 months old, so he is 8-10 months old now. :)
