I'm making a background for my gargoyles tank and im using grout. I bought some grout sealer so the background will hold up to misting. but im not sure if its safe to use it said its water based. its called tile guard penetrating grout sealer. any buddy know about it?

checked on one of my eggs this morning and noticed it was flaking it wasn't cracked through all the way. I was wondering if any one else has had this happen to them and if it could be an issue? The egg is def due to hatch soon.
I have my sikoraes in half gallon square tubs with rope they can climb and a wooden dowl at an angle. i have a few small pinhead crickets and a small dubia in there tub. tonight i put the pinheads and dubias in a shallow cup so it may be easy for the gecko to locate. does any one have any advice?
