These little jewels are the most difficult Strophrus species in breeding I keep till now. I don't know why but a few weeks ago I got this little offspring. :yahoo::yahoo::yahoo::yahoo:

I was wondering why actually no striped Strophurus are keeping. Exclusively from the whole genus are only the non striped variations in captivity. Is there for any plausible reason? I can’t imagine that they are more difficult to keep than the others, perhaps in breeding!? I’m curious on your...

After a long waiting time you can see the result now,
the first Strophurus assimilis offsprings. They are round one week old and quite active and healthy. (exused the bad quality of the pictures)
