    giant day gecko behaviour

    i have a pair of p.grandis which have produced 2 clutches of eggs so far . They seem to get on ok 95% of the time but when the female sheds her skin the male chases her constantly this goes on for a few days then every thig calms down. Is this normal behaviour?
