I don't recall seeing these markings on leos. She's an aberrant hypo tangerine, and the stripes seem to be outlining where her black markings were as a baby. Editing to add: She is 5 - 6 months old

There's a baby leo at the pet store. They said the supplier sold it as a "High Color Leopard Gecko". Its base color is yellow, appears to be a hypo. I have never heard of a high color leopard gecko, what does this mean?

I am thinking about buying the one at the pet store. I've got his habitat figured out, but still haven't figured out if they need UVB. Beneficial? Not necessary? Some say they're active in the daytime sometimes, so might benefit from UVB. Other sources say they don't need it.
