Just wondering what is normal for a shedding time. I have owned my crested for approximatley 2 months and no shedding. Is this normal. He eats like a pig and is very active. So I dont see any health related concerns. Just wondering what a shedding cycle should be.

Question on substrate: I cannot find a pro's and con's to using Exo Terra Bio Drain substrate (Exo Terra : Bio Drain Substrate / Terrarium Draining Substrate) over the more commonly used LECA. Can any of you enlighten me? Sea Grape or Oak leaf litter for a chewie?
