Had my first one hatch last night, these guys are more like a aboreal Varanid species than they are a gecko. They are just huge! Incubation can also last about as long as a human child, this guy only took 6 months to hatch, they can take longer (8-9 months) Fresh out of the egg and already...

Well, not really, this girl is 100% auriculatus, but could eat some leachies for breakfast ;) I have a number of 70-80 gram females, however this girl make them look small!! Enjoy, Derek
