I am yet again posting a thread about two new leopard geckos I got.
OK I have experience with leopard geckos, and I understand that they're new and I've only had them for about a week, but I've had many leopard geckos and they've always been fine with me being in the room.
I haven't done...
I've been posting a lot of threads....
OK so I just got two female leopard geckos from geckosetc that are living in the same tank together. They have ecoearth as a substrate, and their temperature is somewhere from 90-93 degrees fahrenheit during the day on the hot side. They've got everything...
I just bought two female leopard geckos, and I want to breed them. I know that once they lay one set of eggs, they keep producing eggs. I had a female who did that, but I'd given her to a friend who didn't know much about leopard geckos. She kept laying eggs and though they were giving her...
So I posted something earlier about finding a breeder for female leopard geckos (probably on Long Island - though I didn't really write that I was looking for leopard geckos) and you may have seen it.
I've already decided on a name for one of them, but that might change. The name I have is Rin...
So I have lots of experience with leopard geckos, but my bearded dragon just died and I would like to find a new breeder (preferably on Long Island, though I wouldn't mind if they're farther away, as long as they're in the United States). I'm looking to get two full grown females that are ready...
Hi....I know that this is GECKOS Unlimited, but I'm kind of freaking out right now. Well the first thing I should ask is: does anyone here have a bearded dragon? If you don't, then I don't suggest answering this question, or even reading the rest of this caption.
Anyway...I've had multiple...
OK so just this morning my gravid female laid her eggs and now they are safely in an incubator. I couldn't help but realize that she looks weak and her tail on both sides has sort of dents all down it on both sides. Is that normal after laying eggs? Also I have to give her away and I was...
we just found out our female leopard gecko is gravid and we should probably get an incubator, if not make one. we saw the lizards breeding last night and were wondering about how much time we'd have to get an incubator or make one. also, should i take the male out of the tank? he's gotten used...
Just yesterday I bought 2 hornworms as a special treat for my leopard geckos, but forgot to ask for small ones. I would be fine with cutting them in half, but please, only if I have to. I did some research and found the same thing as always: they can squish them with their little teeth, but I...
I posted a different thread last night asking why my leopard geckos weren't breeding. Today I looked at my female's belly and saw what I thought (this might just be me being excited) were eggs-I'm not good when it comes to this. Also does anyone know how to post a picture? I tried and failed.
I checked and made sure my geckos had gained weight since the last I'd checked and both geckos were in perfect condition. So I put the male in the female's tank and he was making a sound and was about to go for her neck when I interupted. That part doesn't really matter because he tried again...
