picky crested eater

First off I'd like to say hi;since its my first time posting. I recently bought a crested gecko. He is about 5 months old and I've had him for about a month. I'm getting a little concerned because I've only seen him eat once. Other than that he is pretty healthy and is drinking but I like to know that he is eating. Oh yeah; if you guys could tell me where I could 2 female orange tiger cresties I'd appreciate it! Thanks for the help!

dont worry about seeing him eat, you might not. what are you feeding him? if you are using CGD with or without babyfood, you should be able to see a dent in the food. he might not beating very much also due to temps. if its a little cool where he's being housed, it'll slow his eating too.

as for where to get any females.. good luck. lol. best bet is to hit a reptile expo the next time one is around. an adult female of average color and pattern will be expensive.. to find one with exceptional colors and/or patterns will be more so. your best bet is gamble and buy baby or 2.... or 6. :wink:
