i was thinking that i hadnt ever noticed that their eyes were speckled like that.. is this unusual or had i just not been paying attention?

btw.. thanks for the pics Nathan.

Oscar, not as much the speckling, but my williamsi's eyes are a deep orange, rather than a bright yellow. The yellow reminds me of S. s. spinigerous.

I went ahead and shot some pics of a couple of other males. Their eye color is different, so I'm assuming that they are different "morphs". I guess it represents both forms found in the hobby: reticulated and spotted. Any thoughts, Jerry?

Ray, I use an HP C618. It is a mediocre camera, but it is great for pics for the web.
