strophurus ciliaris ciliaris need help

If someone could tell me a bit the behavior of the strophurus ciliaris ciliaris, like can they be handle or just a bit? are they agressive? What kind of substrate is the best? And i was wondering do they change colour or do they always stay the same?? thx for the help. :wink:

I keep our breeders on a sand/coconut fiber substrate. They tend to lighten up at night. It can be a drastic color change. For further set-up pics, check this out:
