Leaf-tailed geckos should only be handled when necessary. Again, if you want a gecko that tolerates handling, you should get a leopard, crested, or fat-tailed gecko.
Yea what Nathan said,I absolutly never hold them unless necessary,they stress very easily.I think i've held my female once in six months and that was to administer panacur for parasites.I did however carefully handle the eggs upon removal from tank to incubater.
