about 1 1/2 weeks ago my wife was using our digital camera and the telescoping lense got stuck out or actaully kinda went off track. this had happened to once before and she just muscled it back in line and everything worked fine. she was busy and asked me to do it.. i should've known by that alone.. lol i popped it back in.. kinda. somehow i jumped it completely and it wouldnt even move. i knew it was a mechanical problem so i thought no biggie, i'll just take it apart and fix it. bad idea. at one point i went to take a screw out of one of the inside boards and got a good shock. i should've stopped then, but noooooo.. one of the parts ended up touching another and sparks flew.. and it passed away.
now she's bugging me for a 7.2 mp kodak.. ugh! anyone happen to have a old unneeded digital camera to give me? :lol: luckily, we have older 2 mp camera, but its obviously not as good.
