need some advice

hey all,

My room mate has a young adult male with a prolapsed hemipene. I've never had this happen so i have no clue how to deal with it besides going to the vet. Is there anything that can be done to help it go back inside that i could do?

my friend's dad (who is a vet) said one of the cheapest home remedies for a prolapsed hemipene is soaking in sugar-water or honey. i guess it kinda deflates it, which might help it retract.

I second that, had it happen to a friend of mine and thats what he did, used sugar water and it went right back in. The only problem was when he went to breed again the same thing happened and he had to have it removed after that.

Dosnt look like it will ever be a good breeder then just keep it as a pet.
