I just recieved a super sweet species of Phelsuma last night from Jerry Peebles and was more then happy when I opened the box. These guys are truly awesome and I'm glad to have them in my collection,so thanks again Jerry.I have them set up in some new acrylic cages my friend makes and I think they came out pretty damn good.Jerry let me know how they look, the temps get into the low 90's and up to 105 at the highest basking spots. The dimensions are 15x15x24

Bobby-

Those setups look nice. Can the geckos get into the bamboo OK? That is were they are going to lay eggs. The temps sound good so long as they can get into something 15 to 20 degrees cooler down lower -- and I I'm sure they can.

Looks good!

Jerry.

I am working with the breviceps. Have our first eggs, and in the bamboo was her choice place to lay. Incubating them at 84.5 F.

fantastic gecko there! and some really great setups!

actually, in the wild, these geckos lay their eggs precariously balanced between the spines of a euphorbia tree, where predators cannot get at them. truely a work of great skill.

regards, and best of luck with them,

I have some euphorbia stenoclauda in with one of the females but she still prefers the bamboo,it doesn't bother me as long as she keeps giving me eggs.BOBBY
