Hi all,

Breeding season has begun, finally! At this moment I have eggs of the following species cooking:

Rhacodactylus chahoua
Rhacodactylus ciliatus

Almost al of the females of my other species are gravid right now. :D

And last but not least a picture of CB 2005 youngster that hatched here last year :) :

Congrats, the chahoua is cute, I have never managed to breed these, bought the pair from Hamm a couple of years ago and think they may have been bred too much before I got them? one question Tariq did the female guard the eggs, as it says in the books. On the bright side I do have crested and gargoyle eggs cooking, and this year am hoping to get the pietshmanni breeding. :)

Hi sikorea,

The female did gard the eggs but didn't vocalize. She remained for about 1,5-2 days on the nestsite after I removed the eggs.

Best of luck with the R. auriculatus eggs! I'm still searching for a adult female for my adult male :D
