Received my first ever N. L. Levis eggs tonight!!
Saw her digging a lot earlier, during the day, so I knew they'd be coming anytime now ;)

The smaller one (with the red sand on it) wasn't fertile. Very squishy to the touch. It's actually not in the container anymore...got tossed.
The bigger one, candled pink!!! Yay! At least got one good one :D

I'll keep everyone posted.

Thanks everyone

Ya that other egg, kinda pissed me off, but oh well. It's her first clutch ever so it's expected. It didn't candle pink, and more than half the egg was just air. Had my experiences with those and they never turn up. Didn't wanna waste time incubating it. Hopefully the next clutches will all be fertile.

Bred my other female last night, so hopefully many more eggs

I'll post updates.

Thanks,
-Sam

They don't always candle pink from the beginning, with amyae...I sometime have to wait upto 7-10 days to see the embryo start growing/glowing pink...

Just my two cents.

I have also noticed that if the egg is too squishy, that sometimes the substrate in the lay box is to moist...again, two cents ;-)

Congrats on the eggs!!!
